Login and Password Issues

TradeDoubler are sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulties logging into the TradeDoubler system. Please read through the following guide which has been created for your convenience and future reference.

I forgot my password, how can I reset this?

Please go to www.tradedoubler.com and click on 'reset your password' below the login on the right hand side of your interface. In the pop up please enter the email address you registered with TradeDoubler. An email will then be sent to you with a link to reset your password.

The email can sometimes take several minutes to arrive. Please note that the link expires after 15 mins so you will have to use it immediately upon receiving the e-mail. If the link expires you will have to resubmit your registered e-mail address.

 

I need to reset my password everytime I log in.

There are 2 reasons why this may occur:
a) You are entering an incorrect username. Please make sure your username is correct. Please remember the system is case sensitive and your username is not necessarily the same as your email address.
b) You are blocking the TradeDoubler cookie. Typically 3rd party applications such as Norton's Internet Security, Zone Alarm, PAL Evidence Eliminator, BT Yahoo Browser or other firewall/privacy protection software cause this. Please contact your software vendor or consult the manual to setup the correct permissions for the TradeDoubler cookie.

 

I recently registered with TradeDoubler but I am not able to login with the details in the welcome email.

After you complete the registration forms on the TradeDoubler site you must click on the activation link sent to your email account within 24 hours. If did you did not activate your account within 24 hours you will need to re-register.
 

I have registered with TradeDoubler but I did not receive a welcome email?

If you are using a free web-based email provider such as AOL or Hotmail please can you check your Junk mail folder. If you are using Outlook or similar on a network please contact your systems administrator and check that you do not have any mail rules running that would prevent the TradeDoubler email being delivered.
 

When I try to login, the system informs me that I have been innactive too long?

You are blocking the TradeDoubler cookie. Please contact your software vendor or consult the manual to setup the correct permissions for the TradeDoubler cookie.
 

I have forgotten my password and requested it to be reset but I have not received the email?

Please note that it can take up to 15 minutes for this email to arrive. If it has not arrived please can you follow the reset instructions again. If you still do not receive the email then you are possibly blocking the TradeDoubler email, you will need to check your email rules and junk folders.

If the email has arrived but the reset link does not work you have left it too long. Please can you resubmit your registered email address.

 

I have forgotten my registered email address and cannot reset my password?

Please contact Support including as much detail about your account as possible.
