What is the "program overview" report?

The overview report gives you a precise description on the transactions that you have generated, broken down per registered website, program and specified time period. After running the report, you can click on the program name to produce even more detailed information about the transactions generated for that particular program.

If you wish to export the details of this report into "pdf" (adobe acrobat) or "xls" (Excel Spreadsheet) you can select the "View report as:" option.

The Account Balance Breakdown report shows the status of transactions that you have generated.

When you have earned a commission from a lead or sale, the total amount of commission due from an advertiser will either be recorded as:
  • Sub total: Transactions not yet invoiced to merchants
  • Sub total: Prepaid transactions
  • Sub total: In payment period, but unpaid by merchant
  • Sub total: Transactions in status under consideration
  • Sub total: Transactions in pending status
Items which are displayed in red indicate payments overdue from advertisers; occasionally this figure is out of synch with the payment cycle. You may find that the payment has been made but has not been updated on the system, and will be updated within the coming week.

The Event Breakdown Report shows the number of sales and leads generated during a selected period. It also shows the order/lead value of the event as well as your commission for the event.

To view sales or leads that have been deleted by a merchant select "Removed" and run the report. You might have to run the report for the last couple of months to get results as the sales are listed by the date they were made not by the date they were removed.

This report shows your earnings per 100 clicks (EPC). This is the average revenue that a unique user produces including any click fees, lead and sales commissions. This measure shows you how efficient tariff structures for different programs are.

Comparing programs on an EPC basis is useful to see which tariff structure that work best for you. Focus most on the programs with the highest EPC since that will give you the most income.

There are two measurements. 1 week EPC shows average for the last week and 3 month EPC the average for the last 3 months.
  • 1 week EPC is higher than 3 month EPC = Good trend, stay in the program
  • 1 week EPC is lower than 3 month EPC = Consider changing banners or quit the program
Please note that this report only shows the programs you are either "Accepted" or "Under consideration" for.
