I am having problems signing up.

You might be blocking the TradeDoubler cookie. Typically 3rd party applications such as Norton's Internet Security, Zone Alarm, PAL Evidence Eliminator, BT Yahoo Browser or other firewall/privacy protection software cause this. Please contact your software vendor or consult the manual to setup the correct permissions for the TradeDoubler cookie.

Please also add the TradeDoubler domain (www.tradedoubler.com)to your safe zone / trusted sites for Internet Explorer, your firewall and possibly any anti-virus or ad-blocking software you are running.

If you are using a free web-based email provider such as AOL or Hotmail please check your Junk mail folder. Other steps you should take are:
